Q: What payment options do you offer? Is it secure to shop at your store?

 

	We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal. When you make the payment you'll be redirected to the PayPal Payment Page which is SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted and our credit card merchant provider.
	To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to make payment. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address should change from "http" to "https".
	We are PayPal Verified Member and we make sure that every transaction you make at www.misakicon.com is 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our store.

 

Q: Do i need a PayPal account to make payment?

No, to use your credit/debit card to make payment, proceed to checkout with PAYPAL and select the bottom option " Dont have a Payal Account? " Sign in as a Paypal Guest and pay with your credit/debit card.

Q: What charges will appear on my credit card billing statement?

All credit card transaction originating from us will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *MISAKICON".

 

Q: Do you accept concealed cash or money order?

Sorry we do not accept concealed cash payment and money order. We only accept credit/debit cards & PayPal.

 

Q: What currency do you accept?

We only accept USD payments. You may select to pay using your own currency (at the rates your credit/debit card provider has provided for you). 

 

Q: Is the price indicated for 1 piece or 1 pair?

All items quoted are based on 1 box with 1 pair of contact lens included. However if you wish to purchase 2 different power ranges. You will have to purchase 2 boxes with 2 different power/degree. If you want to purchase 1 pair, select quantity "1" to place order. Likewise, select "2" for 2 pairs of lens.

Q: How to check my order status?

To check order status, just sign in and click "view previous order", you should see order number(s) and click "view order" to check the status.

 

Q: Why is my order status "Awaiting Fulfillment"?

"Awaiting Fulfillment" means we've received your payment and we're preparing your shipment now. It'll take 2 working days to ship out your order (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
