Q: I am from Europe, why does the fedex tracking system says that it has left fedex facility origin and not directly to my country?

Fedex transits from a few countries before arriving at your destination eventually. You can see on the right that the final destination is addressed to your receiving country. Fedex tracking results is updated as soon as shipment is picked up. You will be able to see the package's location and status in real time progression. Below are a few examples of our shipments to a few customers.

 

Q: Where is my tracking number?

There are 2 ways to locate your tracking number:
a) Check your email: Once your order is shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be send to your email address. Tips: If you did not receive it, kindly check your spam or junk mail box.

  • The shipping confirmation email subject is "Your order has been updated"
  • It is sent from misaki@etginternational.com

b) Sign in your account: Sign in here> Click "View Order Status" >Click "View Order Details" >You will see your tracking number.

 

Q: How to track my order?

First of all, make sure your order status is "shipped" and have your tracking number ready (please refer above on how to find your tracking number)
For Fedex, you can track your package right away at Fedex Tracking Page.
