Sorry we do not accept concealed cash payment and money order. We only accept credit card / PayPal.

We only accept USD payments. The different currencies, for example (EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD)etc, is for only an indication for estimated cost in your currency. The actual payment will be deductible in USD.
Q: Is the price indicated for 1piece or 1pair?
All items quoted are based on 1box with 1pair of contact lens included. However if you wish to purchase 2 different power ranges. You will have to purchase 2boxes with 2 different power/degree. If you want to purchase 1 pair, select quantity "1" to place order. Likewise, select "2" for 2 pairs of lens.

To check order status, just sign in and click "view previous order", you should see order number(s) and click "view order" to check the status.
Q: Why is my order status "Awaiting Fulfillment"?
"Awaiting Fulfillment" means we've received your payment and we're preparing your shipment now. It'll take 2 working days to ship out your order (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
